Yes, don't worry. Jessica and Jessie are the same person. In order for you to call me Jessie, you have to know me more personally.

You can catch me bingeing any Bravo show; I like to call them my comfort shows, where I can be doing anything while having it playing in the background. While doing this, I will draw on my iPad or create trinkets and home decor with my air-dry clay. You may be wondering what I am drawing on my iPad. Well, I'm glad you're curious because I'm primarily drawing my dog, Vince. He is my pride and joy in life, and I can't imagine what I would do without him. I used to foster from a local rescue, and as soon as he walked through my front door, I knew I couldn't let him go. I mean, look at that face!

Usually, we explore new spots in the city while I listen to the Giggly Squad podcast, cuddle on the couch, and, most importantly, let him play with his "cousins," meaning my parents ' crazy golden retrievers. While I usually love to bring my dog everywhere I go, I spend most of my weekends classifying myself as a "foodie," trying the latest spots in town and breaking bread with my family and friends. Whenever I get the chance, I love to travel, especially to the beach. Discovering local cuisines and culture is my ideal way to spend a trip.

On a more serious note, one thing that drives me is my passion for mental health. I had the fantastic opportunity to lead the mental health committee in my business fraternity. It's important to check on your friends to be kind to a stranger, and not judge a book by its cover. Ending the stigma around mental health is a cause that I'm deeply passionate about.

Now that you know more about me, you can call me Jessie instead of Jessica.
